Program Objectives
The Oahu Club Masters program is designed to offer a comprehensive approach to the benefits of swimming for adults. The program welcomes swimmers with a wide range of ability levels that include the recreational swimmer to the highly competitive swimmer or triathlete.

Each practice session is structured with swimmers of similar ability levels being grouped together in lanes allowing for the ease, comfort and positive and effective group dynamics and instruction.

Morning, noon, and evening practice sessions are scheduled to accommodate various careers and work schedules. Masters swimmers are not required to attend every practice session. Additionally, Swimmers may enter late as our motto is better late than never and the same goes for leaving early due to other commitments. Your presence, attendance, and contribution to the workout are always welcome!

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00AM - 7:00 AM
Noon

Monday through Friday 12:00PM - 1:00 PM
Evenings  

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday,  Friday 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Our Mission
To provide all masters swimmers with the skills to continuously improve their swimming efficiency, stroke mechanics, and physical conditioning, in a fun, creative, and positive environment.

Special Programs
A wide range of special programs and clinics are designed and developed to offer the community a choice of swimming objectives. Special programs are scheduled throughout the year.
